Pros

Some of the most intelligent, hardworking, and caring people I know work here.

Cons

Terrible job at scaling up to the current size. They would hire anyone who can bamboozle their way through an interview. The values are all talk and little to no action. DEI is something thats talked about but leadership is (as usual) all white and mostly male.

Thank you for this review. We certainly grew quickly in 2022 and experienced expected growing pains. Throughout that growth, we have seen only an 18% turnover of a 65% female-led organization and we have seen our diversity numbers grow 20x since 2018. We've done a lot to streamline a consistent, equitable, and in-depth interview process over the last year. One of our main objectives as a company is for folks to be comfortable in bringing their whole selves to work. More work is still to be done and we are dedicated to making Podi a great place for our people.
