Work environment often reminded me of being back in high school Co-workers seemed to always be afraid of the next layoffs (You get the feeling anyone of the people who have been there long would throw you under the bus without blinking an eye) Turn over rate and corporate merging made correcting problems very difficult Non-English speaking manufacturing facility (90% Macedonian) also made correcting problems very difficult. No training program whatsoever for incoming employees (engineers) Compensation does not nearly reflect the workload
