Great environment of people that are like family.

I don't have any cons to share.

I worked with a great team of people here. They took the quality of their work seriously, but were still personable and enjoyable to work with.

The expectations around work load ramped up in a way that was supposed to be temporary, but then became the new normal. Raises also basically stopped around the same time, and a lot of great talent left because they could get much better offers elsewhere.
