      - Team dependent, but if you have a good boss good comp and WLB; could be a 5/5 - Very strong teaching program; learned more in the academy for businesses than the entirety of undergrad

      Cons

      - Hours are brutal; 7 days a week for like 2-3 months - Team placement process can be a mess; teams churn frequently so it's tough to find someone
