Pros
The company really has an amazing family feel to it, and they are going above and beyond to help launch and develop careers over the long term. Having worked within a bank for over 10 years in a similar capacity, and spoken to many friends at other similar types of Hedge Funds/Family Offices, I really feel like this is an awesome place to work. Great benefits, perks and dedication to the development of their employees. On top of that, I have been pleasantly surprised with the work life balance and the emphasis placed on that for employees.
Cons
Same cons as with any fund in this field, though muted relative others. PM duration here is longer than normal as a testament to that, so I'm happy to say that despite the career risks of the trading world, this feels safer than most for career stability.
