The management style is to allow people to think and problem solve. Every employee is heard. The management believes that exceptional thought and ideas can come from anyone and they encourage and challenge everyone to contribute intellectually.
Employees work hard and are passionate about every task. There is a tremendous amount of pride and craftsmanship that goes into each and every task, however small or seemingly trivial. The CEO has extremely high expectations of everyone. However, everyone is very supportive. So even an average guy like me can be successful because I am surrounded by so much talent. I'm working on a number of different projects that are all very exciting and the people I am teamed with are a joy to work with. Everyone respects each other. I work with people at our offices in France and in Bangalore and we work together very well and are able to accomplish much.
There are no egos or backstabbers in this company. Most employees are amazingly selfless and committed to the success of the company. People see themselves as part of something bigger and do not act like the company revolves around them.
