      - great benefits (lots of PTO, health care, dental, vision, competitive pay + bonus) - full remote work - unique business market and very exciting to work in - management extremely transparent with how well the company is doing

      - no real negatives that i have experienced

      Pros

      You get to work hard with really smart people. The product is great and getting in early here has been exciting.

      Cons

      (Not a con) Working hard is not for everybody. If you don't want to roll your sleeves up, this place will not suit you.
