Discriminatory comments and inappropriate jokes are common and accepted. Compensation is not fair.

Very high workload and an unfair workload distribution. Management not susceptible to messages of feeling overloaded / approaching burnout. Even give you more clients on top of what you're already juggling. Unfair pay. Bad management. Think they can make up for treating employees badly by ordering a slice of pizza every month.
