      Pros

      The creativity and enthusiasm in our office is something I enjoy. Having a collaborative environment allows the best ideas and strategies to surface. I love the fact that we're constantly looking to level our team members up.

      Cons

      We get to work on a range of projects. Some projects are visible to many people, other projects are behind the scenes that most people won't know we built.
