      Ability to work with a team that has progressive values. Fully remote work (but they have a great office in Oakland). Unlimited PTO. Paid Health Benefits.

      Pros

      Nice colleagues and a nice office.

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent and very toxic. Although company boasts racial equity employees were not allowed to talk about racial inequity we were experiencing as employees.
