Interesting topics and ambitious, talented colleagues. Great place to become an expert in a beat, make a name for yourself and then leave.
Cons
Toxic work culture. Senior management is interested in growth at all costs, not employee wellbeing. High attrition. Poor compensation, except for a few male "superstars."
