      Pros

      I'm newer to the team, but immediately felt at home here. The team is welcoming and thoughtful and eager to help each other out. It's also doing a really good job of creating infrastructure, considering it's a pretty young company itself. That forward thinking makes me think that this company will scale well as it grows, and it has a huge opportunity to do so. The product that we are building could likely change the way market research is conducted, and everyone is on board to make that happen. It's incredible to work with a motivated team.

      Cons

      The commute is a bit long for me personally, but the office is centrally located in Manhattan. Close to many trains.

      Pros

      Product is great, they innovate constantly. They built AI into their survey tool as soon as it became relevant to the market, which illustrates the point. Great employees, solid leaders. Generally fun people to work with.

      None that I can think of currently.

      Pros

      Pollfish specializes in end to end market research solution that is on par with today's needs, quick and mobile-friendly. As an employer, Pollfish has just started building a strong infrastructure that will be a backbone of a growth spurt that Pollfish is entering into. Our team is genuinely excited about our product and you can feel the buzz in the environment. I felt warm and welcomed immediately when I joined and these couple of months at Pollfish has been wonderful!

      Cons

      As expected with any startup, Pollfish is constantly evolving and improving. It might not be the place for someone who can't keep up with the growth.
