Pros
I love the family feel that came along with working here! A lot of opportunity to learn and develop. This company holds to it's standards and really cares about providing a quality product!
Cons
I had no work/life balance as a manager. Management is required to work 50 hours and usually I would work 60. If the numbers weren't too managers had to work more to balance it.
