      - They will steal salary from your payroll without you knowing - Break all the verbal promises about the pay rate and contract - Not trustworthy - Steal last month of salary. They won't pay you last month of salary - They will make you pay all non immigration expenses like h1b filing and GC filing - They bill you more than what normal h1b charges are - No transparency - Never answer calls once you are employed - File wrong labor LCA salary and then they will threaten you

      Pros

      Open Communication, Genuinely help and guide their employees. Easy to reach the employer. Provides assistance for H1B sponsorship and GC. Management is friendly and supportive. As an employee, I never had an issue. I was one of the early joined employees at this company. I never had an issue. I am with this company from the last 16 years.

      Pros

      This by far is a very good consulting firm and its results speak for itself. They are very prompt for everything. The payroll function is very prompt in the company. The company and the CEO are very much in the right direction of expanding and growing in ethical terms.
