The ability to have lessons when you want

They require you to do all these onboarding things (make videos, profiles, demo lessons etc) before ever presenting you with a contract and then once you get the contract its extremely low balled with some odd 'levelling' scheme with a mile long list of possible deductions. It seemed very hostile towards their teachers as if saying they didnt trust us to do our job and threatened to take our pay away for any small error.
