Pros
Decent salary and interesting work. Growing firm. If you’re an attorney, road to partner is short. Co-workers are nice & helpful for the most part.
Cons
Too disorganized; Kansas City tries to micro manage everything right down to office supplies. Too difficult to get anything other than “ordinary” supplies. Management is not open to new ideas - it’s their way or the highway. Only way for staff to get ahead is to be in Kansas City
