Pros
No many pros in this firm - they aim at making the attorneys happy and the staff falls to the side lines. Good pay and good benefits offered.
Cons
Staff is treated with no respect and most of the attorneys seems to follow this trend. The attorneys have an attitude that they are better than you. There is little to no communication that takes place to keep staff in the loop of major changes that are taking place within the firm - even if that means closing the office you are in.
