Pros
I've worked here 10 years and find the claims being made by others ridiculous. Flexible with my personal schedule, professional and always working to be the best. Support staff outstanding. I've grown professionally & personally from this company. One of the best companies I've worked for and wouldn't trade my career for another company.
Cons
Technical environment can challenge to those who are not willing to put in the time to work at it. Being a small company, benefits could be better, but still offer a pension company contribution plan.
