Worst company with politics - Deputy Manager - IT Polycab India Limited Employee Review

Everything is cons. Everything is worst. IT department is full of politics. People are working here since last 10-15 years thinks that they own the company and management also encouraging them. New employee has to struggle too much. Organization will not provide Exit letter on time. Its been 2 months since I left the organization still not received my exit letters. Don't join this company ever.
