Pros
The coworkers are great. Those that are left... I think well over 25 percent of the company quit this year mostly due to horrible pay and benefits.
Cons
They don't care about or appreciate their employees. I wish they had just put a wage freeze on last years raises rather than dole out these insignificant it's just insulting.
