Can’t LIVE on this wage - Employee Polycrete Restorations Employee Review

Pay below or just above living wage. (Wage needed to be able to afford ONLY the necessities in life) Owner is out of touch with cost of living. No incentives to do better. Have to fight for raises that don’t keep up with rate of inflation. Paramedical benefits are awful. $300/ year equals two visits to an RMT. NO ortho. Benefits not great for families. This is very hard work.
