      Chaotic business with a lack of GTM strategy consistency across Australia. Not customer centric, reactive lacks strategic direction . Departments work as Silos Not collaborative and not interested in continuous improvement because this is the “Polyflor way” Senior Management lack strategy Poor Safety standards and process Training is terrible ,not business focused it’s all about the trainer. Poor staff retention Lacks resources

      None! Biggest regret of my life

      Management is a bunch of bully's who pretend to be nice to you at the start but walk all over everything you hope to achievem they find faults in everything and rip you off 10 ways to summer. Held back my entire final pay saying my company expenses which were originally all approved are now unreasonable. Taking this sour bunch of lovers to fairwork!!. AVOID IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR DIGNITY.

      Absolutely none apart from some seriously great team mates with awesome personalities all looking to exit at the first opportunity

      Be prepared to park your experience and creative sales abilities at the door and be stripped of all the skills and confidence you have in yourself.
