Pros
Polygon offers a type of workplace unlike anything I would expect to experience in the corporate world. The organization understands and takes pride in making sure the well-being of everyone involved is the #1 priority, because it is the only way our success can be assured. There's always new challenges, in all sorts of different areas, keeping the job interesting and giving you the opportunity to own those challenges and solve them in the most efficient way possible. Resourcefulness is always encouraged, leading to the creation of self-sufficient leaders and participants, who will strive to find an answer to any problem.
Cons
The organization needs more depth, but the success we've had as lean as we are shows great potential for the company. Hours and travel can be demanding at times, but those in leadership positions are the first ones to recognize those efforts.
