Pros

The people are extremely impressive, with backgrounds across multiple sectors around the world. They are there by choice, not as some convenient career step and go out of their way to make the culture a fun and engaging one. Colombia can be a difficult place to work as an expat without a sense of community, something Polymath has gone great lengths to create for all.

Cons

The pay is low and there is high turnover. Sometimes senior staff are too busy to address issues with other talent.

Pros

Polymath is filled with the smartest and most capable people I have ever worked with. The ability of the firm to attract top talent is really remarkable and you're constantly surrounded by people from Europe/US/Asia/LATAM who have worked at top consulting firms, start-ups and multi-nationals. What really makes it a great place to work is that all those people are not just incredibly smart, but are all passionate about creating impact with the work they do. If you're looking for a place where you can learn how to build businesses, solve problems and become an expert in lean/agile/design thinking methodologies Polymath is the best.

Cons

-Low salaries, but definitely enough to live well in Bogota (and cool equity options) -High turnover -No huge exits yet
