Pros
None at all. Not one thing.
Cons
Polymedco is brutal. The company sells itself as a scientific organization who's studies have changed cancer screening. In reality, all they've done is out bid other companies to become the sole distributor of a good product. So not only is the company itself nothing more than a distributor of overseas made products, but due to their "sole distributor" contract, they have kept what is really a good test away from real labs and real medical companies who could promote its use much more successfully. That brings me to the sales organization. You can search Glassdoor as well as many other sites and find bad reviews for just about any sales organization, but I tell you this, nothing compares to Polymedco in their ability to create a truly horrifying work experience. The tone in which sales reps are spoken to, the dictatorship culture, the teaching of completely wrong sales techniques by people who know nothing about interpersonal relationships or value proposition and the total lack of understanding that employees are actutally people, makes Polymedco an ugly and depressing place to work. Don't believe anything anyone tells you about "the organization has changed" or "new management has taken over". It's bologna. Stay away and find some other place to work. I'll end with this. I'm not a disgruntled ex employee with a vendetta. I'm and happy person with lots of love for life who has NEVER written a bad review about anything prior to this rant. I write this review in hopes that I can help prevent even just one person from thinking working here would be a good career or life move. Believe me, this place isn't preventing Cancer, it is Cancer.
