Dangerous and disrespectful - Lab Technician Polymer Source Employee Review

There is nothing good in this work culture.

There is no proper training to employees. The laboratory is unsafe to work in. The owner exhibits disrespectful behaviour towards employees.

The advantage is that the company has recently recruited a very skilled manager and scientist who I am fully confident will bring about numerous changes within the organization.

Despite having a negative experience in this company, I would have remained employed there if I had known that the new management team was going to be hired.
