Excellent Company to work for - Research CO-OP PolymerPlus Employee Review

It's a small company so you get a lot of experience and exposure to all aspects of the business. Really interesting technology, friendly employees. Since its a small company you get to do things you wouldn't do at large companies, like review resumes for future co-ops and make safety presentation.

Some of the job tasks can be a bit repetitive, but this is true of any R&D jobs. Because they are small, it's less likely you'll be offered full time compared to a much larger company

The people were great to work with, very friendly and always willing to help and ask questions make sure that you understood everything. The projects were interesting. Co-ops ideas were usually heard and considered.

Some tasks were repetitive, but it wasn't too bad. It was a good place to have an internship, but couldn't see myself there full time wasn't always the most organized.
