Pros
Engineers are supportive of each other. All the managers and VPs know you and try to work with your work-life balance needs. Provides good experience in a variety of technical areas. Management is very open to feedback and actively solicits it. Most benefits are reasonable, but not exceptional. Been here over ten years, as have many others. Wouldn't do that if it wasn't a good company. Job security is reasonable, especially for those working over 3 years.
Cons
As with any in this industry, often must work around the client's schedule, which can shift and sometimes involves work on weekends or holidays. Maternity and paternity leave policy is just FMLA legal minimum. Small company contribution towards retirement plan. In ten years, have had two rounds of layoffs due to abnormal dips in project work.
