For the most part the people you work with are great! Some direst managers are good and take the time to teach those working under them, others like to leave their employees in the dark.

The main problem here is upper management. Everyone in the offices thinks that they are better than the hourly employees and they like to avoid interaction. Another problem is the HR department and their constantly changing rules and policies. They like to change the employee policies suddenly and without warning to suit their agenda. And if anyone questions the policies or raises concerns, they always find a “reason” to fire them. They claim to be very employee centric, and show their employees having a good time, but it is all a facade
