Pros
- weekly pay - literally nothing else
Cons
- Factory has terrible air conditioning, if you enjoy feeling like you're in a brick oven and drowning in your own sweat, this is the job for you - Faulty machines, half the machines don't work especially the one that stacks boxes on pallets, so have fun stacking thousands of 35lb boxes for 10 hours straight. - Takes a huge toll on you physically, you can tell just by seeing how the people in there walk. Back pain, knee pain, everything pain. - Degenerate coworkers, if you're even slightly educated or have a functioning brain, not the job for you. Most of the people you will work with are ghetto, dropped out of college, or ex convicts. They can barely form complete sentences. So your entire shift has a cumulative iq of about 3. - The supervisors will pressure you to move as fast or even faster than the robot can, since no one bothers to get it fixed. -The incompetent line leaders play favorites and gossip about each other. -Only someone with absolutely 0 paths left and 0 options would choose to work that position long term. -All the employees complain and says the job feels like torture, the line leaders aren't respected everyone talks about them behind their back. 0 actual authority. - Hours are unusual you have 0 time to get anything done, you pretty much live there go sleep, wake up, and go back there.
