Finishing off a long transition period after a much-publicized investment funding, so there's been some growing pains along the way • NYC office space is completely open, so privacy/quiet can be an issue unless you're the headphones type or like to run to our rooftop • Dispersed company can result in scattered communications, but that is improving • NYC office has frequent issues with our bathrooms and our Wi-Fi, hopefully not related
