Pros

Optimism - the management demonstrate positive attitude. Hopefully it is based on something solid.

Cons

Management does not think about employees’ struggles. There is too much micromanagement. Leaders are not honest and try to keep a “house of cards” image. Communication is not transparent. The team tries to meet client expectations. In the PP project, people do not fully understand the processes. Because of this lack of process knowledge, KPIs are not being achieved.

The company has a pattern of hiring employees and then terminating them before the end of their probation period to avoid providing a notice period. The management is extremely poor, and the interview process is often handled unprofessionally. During interviews, employees have been known to take screenshots of candidates and laugh at them, which is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Many people in management appear to have obtained their positions through personal relationships rather than merit. Overall, this is a poorly managed company, and I would not recommend working there.
