Monthly bonus, if meet the monthly expectation and yearly bonus, if the company meets or exceeds their projected margin, birthday lunches.
Cons
Upper management wants improvements, but when it comes time to implement it get shut down, because of the bottom line, do as I say not as I do leadership, upper management has accountability for their action someone else will pay.
