Great work environment Plenty of work Amazing management Personal work vehicle

Occasionally have to work long hours

There are no pros to working here

Cheapskates, dishonest owners and management, micromanagement, no trust for employees, obvious favoritism for family-hired employees, looks for any opportunities to backcharge you, overworked for 12 to 14+ hours per day, seriously underpaid, no Riptide vacuums only hose vacs, at least half the pools you're assigned are green, everyone is very inexperienced including managers, overall very sketchy business
