Pros
Pretty easy work, good salary for the amount of work I did. Awesome coworkers, laid back office environment, all chips you can eat. Are relocating headquarters to LA, all employees are new.
Cons
If you want to build a creative portfolio, this is not the job for you, I would recommend this as the first job for a college grad. Very strict brand guidelines that you have to adhere to, a lot of push back for outside ideas. Management led a lot of the creative which funneled down to us, being directed, not allowed to help in the creative process.
