      Pros

      Great company and culture before being acquired by Four Winds Interactive. This year has been a mass exodus of people that want to be valued and paid what they are worth.

      Cons

      The pay is on the low end for EAE & EAM. No equity with the new combined companies. No real career advancement opportunities
