Option to work from home, small team, great office space, great health benefits

Didn't know where the team was headed during the time I was there, head office in Toronto have different views than management in Vancouver which was concerning. There's great talent that came together from various different studios but not much seems to be happening in terms of making games. Management definitely has their favorites. Sub par wages and no bonus. There's pressure to write a positive review when asked by HR after your 3 months there
