Cons
Process efficiency – Some workflows could benefit from better streamlining and clearer SOPs to reduce delays and avoid repeated work. Communication gaps – At times, interdepartmental communication was limited, leading to misunderstandings or slower decision-making. Workload balance – Peak periods could bring heavy workloads, making work-life balance challenging without additional staffing or support. Change management – Adapting to new policies or systems was sometimes abrupt, without enough training or transition time. Career progression clarity – Growth opportunities and promotion paths were not always clearly defined, which could impact motivation.
