1. WFA 2. Insurance, reasonable coverage to all family member 3. Wellness allowance 4. Development allowance 5. Approachable management and overall internal team 6. Transparent performance appraisal process, even though they have to calibrate it to make it reasonable and match the overall company's performance. 7. Supportive colleagues and HR, they will keep monitor and ensure you can pass the probation.

Cons

Minimum control, we have to be more proactive to be seen.
