Cons
They will initially agree on a salary with you to lead you through three interview rounds. If you are successful and they find you favorable, the HR department will disappear from the process and pass you on to Phil. Phil will then belittle you and offer a salary lower than what was initially agreed upon with HR. If you refuse this offer, both he and HR will block your emails and cease communication. This tactic is deliberately employed to prolong the process and increase your likelihood of accepting their offer. I was unaware of how underpaid I was there and how much better other workplaces are. Save yourself the time and seek opportunities elsewhere. The high staff turn-over is a result of this behaviour
