      chill computer job, you interact with customers and help them in financial services

      Cons

      I am part time but they schedule me for 10 hr shifts and usually alone... they say I am part time but it does not feel like it at all.

      Pros

      Great culture, awesome benefits, great work life balance! Populus and it's really cares about their employees. They are always looking for ways to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction. They allow for a hybrid working schedule and offers a generous PTO plan. Leadership is supportive and understanding, encouraging open dialogue and transparency. Glad I work here.

      Toxic environment with maybe the worst pay discrepancy in the business. No future.
