Pros
The culture seemed a little strange at first but ended up being great! Management and executives are very understanding and are willing to be flexible with their employees. They really emphasize the importance of taking care of family and make that a priority. They offer a Treat Yourself Fund where they'll reimburse $1,000 per year just for fun personal activities, flights, etc. The company also really wants their employees to grow professionally and help pay for lifelong learning programs.
Cons
The pay is awful and very low for the industry. Even raises and promotions ended up always being less than a dollar/hour. You can't support a family, buy a house, etc. with the salary that PG is willing to pay. It's a great company for learning and helping get you to your next gig but definitely not a long term company.
