Pros
Pretty good perks the pay is on the lower side, but they try and compensate in other ways birthday and two celebration days off full coffee and tea bar work from home light and upbeat atmosphere
Cons
Cliques! Cliques! Cliques! This is one of the shadiest places I have ever worked at. They throw "trust" around a lot but does absolutely nothing to deserve the trust of the climbers. When you screw up something you get care-fronted and brought into countless meetings, but when you try to bring up something they've done then you get blacklisted and ignored or avoided. This place has such great potential but some the people working in the lisle office are out of their minds. HR is a joke and the biggest clique I've ever seen. They are useless and most of the gossip comes from there . The payroll side is a miserable side to be on and they make sure you never forget. My direct manager was cool--but that's about it. The expectations and long hours are ridiculous. The best way to own your climb is to climb OUT of PG. Horrible work life balance. Gossiping adult "teenagers" every where! Management has their favorites and picks and chooses who gets to be leaders but does absolutely nothing to make sure they are effective leaders. The president claims to care, and for the most part it seems like he does--so you can imagine how baffling it was to see the lisle office in such chaos. 19 hour days are a frequent thing here and it is often through no fault of your own.
