Pros
I genuinely loved my students and their families to the point where I cried on my last day here knowing I would never get to see them again. I also made many friends while working at PVP and have maintained contact with them almost half a decade after I quit. This was also my first job out of college, so I am grateful to have had the opportunity to make a decent living.
Cons
First of all, look at these FISHY positive reviews. Most of the positive reviews were written on the same day (December 13th) and are RIDICULOUS! (The biggest con is the student store runs out of the good snacks?!). Please management, try a little harder than that. (You should also be ashamed for writing fake reviews because that is one of the clearest signs something unethical is going on at this place. You can deny it on the forum, but all your former employees know who is writing these...) One of the things I like is that Eddie is clearly responding to his former employees in a tactful manner on this forum. I do not really have anything negative to say about him as a person, as I do believe he genuinely wants the best for his students, but as we know, running a school is no easy task, which is why there are so many legitimate complaints. Aside from the other reviews on here with valid complaints, my biggest con is that I never felt like I was a valued employee. If you look at their turnover rates, you will basically be working with an almost brand new staff every 6 months. I went up to Eddie and Melaura's office one time to voice a concern I had with HR and nearly lost my job. That was the first and last time I ever expressed discontent with PVP and was a clear sign they were disinterested in receiving any constructive feedback.
