Pros
- Transparent, direct, action oriented. - Listens to ideas and gives you the autonomy to implement them. Wants entrepreneurs, innovators and challengers, not someone that is looking to follow the status quo - High performance culture - pushes you to continuously look for opportunities to improve / optimize and grow - Values all team members regardless of level or client facing / internal. As a growing business, everyone has the opportunity to grow the firm through selling, everyone gets compensated for origination - Candid feedback - team members are rewarded based on merit, fulfilling the responsibilities of their role
Cons
- Due to the lean nature of the firm, sometimes there is a need to take on responsibilities that are not inside the scope of the role, because there is nobody else to do them. Everyone pitches in where they can and will help each other out if they raise their hand. E.g., another team next to mine was underwater, my team pitched in to help them out while we hired new team members for that team - If you are not open to your role evolving over time and like a more fixed scope, this company is not for you. Your role will change over time and you need to be adaptable and motivated for that change
