Callers can often be friendly, patient and polite. Colleagues are the best part of the job.

Cons

UNION BUSTING communications shared to team via management contain inaccurate and untrue information. Lack of transparency, inadequate breaks and scheduling issues, below the national standard. KPI difficult to maintain with challenging call types, high pressure interactions with emotionally and mentally draining days. Training too short and promises made during hiring and training do not get upheld by the employer.
