Teacher - Teacher Porter-Leath Employee Review

Poor management. Very conceited and have favorites within the school. Some people get away with everything others ride like a donkey. The same people get the promotions. Very stressful situations in the classroom with children with behaviors no support. Salary is bad for all of the work that they pour on you. You have to take work home in order to complete it. Management is aware but does not care they just want it done. The rules are ridiculous they are not manageable for the less favorites.
