Pros
- Most of my coworkers were helpful and approachable - Schedule was fairly flexible - There are some attempts to create a positive working environment from the employee level - I had a great work life balance, but I have heard experiences of others who do not share that sentiment
Cons
- Leadership does disperse information to employees very well - Talent is leaving faster than it is coming in, leading to many people in the company being overworked - New policies are seemingly made up on the fly and not communicated to the company - This is a small company with some very crucial players, if any of them left the company would likely be doomed. - Pay is less than market rate and they will do their best to pay you as little as possible
