The most challenging, most fulfilling job I've ever had.

Absolutely none - it was amazing.

Working with Portfolium at EvoNexus was a good experience. Clear goals were set and projects were well defined. The team was ambitious and motivated to work on a quality product for students and to help get them started on their career. The founders were very hard-working in their cause and had great care in what they were producing. The team worked well together and had fun even outside of work. It is/was a real startup. The product has good purpose.

Even though projects were well defined the process of executing them could be chaotic. A lot of the mentality was get it done OK now and we will make it really great later (in terms of tech). The technology side of things were outdated and sometimes simple to the point where it was boring implementing at times. Enhancements could have been done to the product where it would have improved the user-experience by providing better feedback and less chance of error. The product will most likely start seeing problems arise from this once it needs to scale at volume or it will cost a lot more than necessary. The mentality was also working more is better instead of working smarter. A lot times like it felt their was a lack of experience of structure and management but that can be normal with a startup.
