Ownership cares deeply about their staff, managers, and community. They make difficult decisions with grace, and place the well-being of others before monetary gain. Feedback is encouraged and fairly considered. The restaurant itself is beautiful and well-established, and the staff are talented, hardworking, and smart. The food is amazing and easy to sell with confidence.
Cons
Being downtown means dealing with a lot of tourists and entitlement. This issue is not unique to Posana, but is a factor in working here.
